Strengthening recruitment competitiveness
In response to the growing need for human resource necessary for business strategy in the sustainable growth phase, Fujikura is focusing on both new graduate and career recruitment, with the ratio of career hires reaching 65% in fiscal 2023. We are approaching a wide range human resource through multifaceted efforts, such as strengthening our recruitment system, active recruitment publicity using social media, promoting the Fujikura employee introduction system (referral recruitment), and direct recruiting. We are also strengthening our publicity activities to raise awareness of Fujikura itself, and these efforts are beginning to have an effect, such as an increase in the number of applicants. In the future, we are also considering re-employing former Fujikura employee who have been active in different industries (alumni recruitment) in order to further strengthen our recruitment competitiveness.
Career development support
Based on the idea that the growth of each Fujikura employee leads to the sustainable growth of the company and increased corporate value, we are working to provide opportunities to support Fujikura employee' independent career development.Specific initiatives include expanding the self-development learning menu, implementing career design training by rank, and holding interviews with human a person in charge for young employees who have been promoted.
