Millennium Forest News from June 8th
On Sunday, June 4th, Fujikura participated in the Koto Ward Environmental Fair hosted by Koto Ward.
On the day, there was an exhibition about Fujikura Group 's carbon neutral promotion activities, and an introduction to the Millennium Forest using seedlings (seedlings).
We also held an origami workshop to create kingfishers and spot-billed ducks, creatures that visit the Millennium Forest, which was enjoyed by people of all ages, from children to the elderly.

As June begins, hydrangeas are in full bloom.
The shape is a little different from the hydrangeas you see around town.
The soft petals and small, bright blue flowers are in full bloom, creating a beautiful and refreshing impression.
Just looking at it is soothing.
The snowbell tree has produced round white fruit.
The snowbell tree is aspect by its white flowers that bloom in spring and round fruits that grow from summer to autumn.
However, caution is required as the fruit contains a toxic substance called ego saponin.
On a hot summer afternoon, a Turtle Dove and a Brown-eared Bulbul were bathing in the water.
The main reason for bathing is to clean their feathers, but they also seem to do it as a form of play or to pass the time.

After the bulbul has finished bathing, it takes a rest on a tree.
It looks like it would be very pleasant to take a break in the shade of the trees with a refreshing breeze blowing.
