Fujikura has established a "Multi-stakeholder policy" to co-create value with a wide range of stakeholders and will proceed with the following initiatives.
Multi-stakeholder policy
In corporate management, we will work on appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholder, based on the fact that value collaboration with a variety of stakeholder, including not only shareholders but also employees, business partners, customer, creditors, and local communities, is becoming important. In addition, we believe that giving back to employees and consideration to business partners is important from the perspective that appropriate distribution of profits and results generated by value collaboration and productivity improvement to multiple stakeholder will lead to maintaining the momentum of wage increases and sustainable economic development, and we will proceed with the following initiatives.

Giving back to employees
We aim to achieve sustainable growth as "Fujikura, a company of technology" by focusing on maximizing added value through focused allocation of management resources to growth areas and initiatives to improve productivity through employee capacity development and skill improvement, etc. On that basis, we aim to give sustainable returns to our employees by raising wages in an appropriate manner based on the external environment and our own circumstances, and by actively working on education and training, etc.

Specifically, we will work to raise wages and provide fair treatment, taking into account the economic situation, price trends, market levels, our company's business situation, etc. Furthermore, based on the belief that investment in human resource is a priority for the company's sustainable growth, we will promote measures for education and training that will lead to the development and improvement of employee capabilities. -

In addition, with regard to business relationships with business exempt business from consumption tax, we will work to build appropriate relationships with them, referring to the government's approach to responding to the invoice system of tax-exempt and their business partners.

Communication with stakeholder
Fujikura Group stipulates in its Fujikura Group CSR Activity guideline that "(16) We will strive to maintain and develop sound relationships with all stakeholder by communicating widely with them." In addition, we have identified six stakeholders with whom we are particularly closely involved in our business activities: customer (customers), Fujikura employee (including family members), investors and shareholders, business partners, local communities, and the environment and government. business For the main stakeholder involved in activities, the relevant departments act as a point of contact and engage in various forms of communication to deepen mutual understanding, leading to the sustainable development of society and the growth of the company.
