FTSE4Good Index Series
The FTSE4Good Index Series is an international stock index established by FTSE Russell, a group company of the London Stock Exchange in the UK, and selects companies that demonstrate excellent environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.

FTSE Blossom Japan Index
The FTSE Blossom Japan Index is a stock price index developed by FTSE Russell that reflects the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate outstanding ESG initiatives. It has been selected as the index adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) for ESG investment.

The FTSE Blossom Japan Index is widely used to create and evaluate sustainable investment funds and other financial products.

FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index
The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is a stock price index developed by FTSE Russell that reflects the performance of Japanese companies that have demonstrated outstanding ESG performance. In addition, among Japanese companies that have been recognized for their outstanding performance in the ESG field, only those whose efforts to improve greenhouse gas emissions are recognized by the TPI Management Quality Score with the aim of promoting the transition to a low-carbon economy are included. The index has been selected as the index adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) for ESG investment.

MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)
This index was designed by MSCI, a major US financial services company, and is an ESG investment index that calculates a gender diversity score from multiple angles based on data on female employment disclosed under the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, and selects companies with high scores from each industry to create an index. It has been selected as the index of choice for ESG investment by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index
This is an ESG comprehensive index developed by MSCI that comprehensively reflects various ESG risks in the market portfolio. It is composed of companies with relatively high ESG evaluations in each industry. It has been selected as the index adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) for ESG investment.

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index
This index was designed by S&P Dow Jones Indices, a US financial market index company, and uses TOPIX as its universe to determine the weighting of constituent stocks based on the disclosure of environmental information and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per sales). It has been selected as the index adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) for ESG investment.
Morningstar Japan Equity Gender Diversity Tilt Index
This is a domestic stock index that determines investment weights based on the evaluation of a company's efforts toward gender equality using the Equileap Gender Scorecard. It has been selected as an index adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) for ESG investment.

SOMPO Sustainability Index
The SOMPO Sustainability Index is an active index created by SOMPO Asset Management that is composed of stocks with excellent ESG (environmental, social, and governance) initiatives based on the results of ESG evaluations. It is used to build the portfolio of the ESG-focused investment product "SOMPO Sustainable Management." This product is managed with a long-term investment orientation and is adopted by multiple pension funds and institutional investors.

JPX-Nikkei Index 400
The JPX-Nikkei 400 is a stock price index composed of "companies that are highly attractive to investors" that meet various requirements set by global investment standards, such as efficient capital utilization and investor-conscious management perspectives, and is jointly calculated by JPX Research Institute, Inc. and Nikkei Inc.
External ESG assessments and certifications

CDP
CDP, based in the UK, is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) that conducts environmental research and disclosure, and calls on companies to disclose information on their efforts to combat climate change and protect water sources.
More than 24,000 companies from around the world respond to the survey, and CDP evaluates them with a score from A to D- based on how effectively they respond to environmental issues and disclose information. In February 2024, the company was awarded a "B" rating for "climate change" and a "B" rating for "water security."

Health and Productivity Management Award 2025 (large corporation unit)
The Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation Certification System is a public system that certifies and honors large and small companies that are excellent in their efforts to promote health and productivity management. It was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2016 in order to create an environment in which companies that are excellent in their efforts to promote health and productivity management can be recognized by employees, job seekers, related companies, financial institutions, etc.

Kurumin
Among companies that have formulated general business action plans based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, those that achieve the goals set out in the plans and meet certain standards can apply to be certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "child-rearing support company" (Kurumin certification).
The proof of this certification is the "Kurumin Mark." Our company was certified in 2011, 2016, and 2017.

Elboshi
Among the companies that have formulated and submitted an action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare recognizes those that have made outstanding efforts to promote women's participation in the workforce. Three levels of certification are awarded based on the number of items that the company meets the five certification criteria. In 2017, our company received the highest level of certification, "Level 3."
About the Kurumin Mark, Platinum Kurumin Mark, and Try Kurumin Mark

Edo Green Registered Green Spaces
This system is a registration system for native species planting established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as an initiative to restore an environment suitable for Tokyo's creatures, including insects, birds, and other animals, by planting plants (native species) that are naturally establishment in Tokyo on the grounds of buildings, etc. The Fujikura-Kiba Millennium Woods' biodiversity initiatives focusing on native species were recognized, and in September 2017, it was registered as the first excellent green space since the registration system was launched.

Nature Coexistence Site
"Nature-Symbiosis Sites" are areas where biodiversity conservation is being promoted through private initiatives and other efforts, and are certified by the government. Fujikura-Kiba Millennium Woods was certified as a "Nature-Symbiosis Site" in the Ministry of the Environment's certification review for the second half of 2023.
Fujikura Group is participating in the Ministry of the Environment's 30by30 Alliance for Biodiversity and endorsing the Japan Business Federation's Biodiversity Declaration Initiative, and is promoting the conservation and improvement of biodiversity.
