 Fujikura Ltd. (President and CEO: Naoki Okada) will exhibit at CEATEC 2024, to be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, from October 15 to 18, 2024, under the theme of "Achieving an Advanced Digital Society and Carbon Neutrality with "Tsunagu" Technology™"
 At CEATEC 2024, we will be exhibiting where and how Fujikura’s products are used, and how they contribute to solving social issues and transforming industrial and social structures from the perspectives of information transmission and data centers (information infrastructure/ information storage), mobility (information terminals), GX, and AI.

SWR®/WTC®
  • Transmission capacity was dramatically increased by ultra-high-density mounting of optical fibers.
  • The smaller diameter and improved pneumatic feeding characteristics enable installation in narrower conduits.(AB-WTC™)
  • SWR®/WTC® reduces environmental impact by using less materials and less energy for installation.
Multi-core fiber (MCF) optical cables
  • One optical fiber works for multiple fibers.
  • The combination of SWR® and WTC® enables further ultra-high-density and increased transmission capacity.
  • At the exhibition, 4-core fibers and 32-core fibers with higher density will be exhibited.
60GHz-band millimeter wave communication modules
  • We will exhibit high-speed, high-capacity, ultra-low latency wireless communication modules using the license-free 60 GHz band.
  • At the venue, visitors will be able to experience ultra-low latency through a demonstration that simulates remote control of construction equipment.
High-performance heat pipes for data centers
  • Heat pipes are "the thermal superconductors" that remove heat from the CPU through a gas-liquid phase change of the working solution.
  • High-performance heat pipes for the extreme heat generation will be exhibited at our booth.
In-vehicle optical harnesses
  • Optical harnesses enhance in-vehicle communications with high-speed, high-capacity optical communications at speeds in excess of 10 gigabits per second with reduced power consumption.
  • Optical wiring is not affected by electromagnetic noise and contributes to weight reduction of the car body.
Three-dimensional wiring touch switches with piezo sensors
  • Wiring formed by printing eliminates material waste and can be post-processed into complex shapes.
  • 3D processed wiring using elastic wiring will be exhibited.
High-temperature superconducting wires
  • Incredibly high currents flow through the thin superconducting layer.
  • The high magnetic field created by high-temperature superconductivity is a key technology for realizing CO2-free fusion power generation.
  • At the venue, a levitation demonstration embodying the Meissner effect unique to superconductivity will be held.
Liquid cooled quick charge cable connectors
  • High output rapid charging in accordance with CHAdeMO 2.0 is possible.
  • Combined with clean electricity, our charging connectors contribute to the realization of a mobility society with zero CO2 emissions.
  • At the venue, visitors can experience the difference in weight and handling between liquid-cooled and non-liquid-cooled connectors for the identical charging output.
AI technology with reduced lens alignment time
  • Deep reinforcement learning/Sim2Real technology has been applied to the alignment of lenses that require highly complex control of multiple axes of simultaneous alignment.
  • Our AI technology will help advance manufacturing innovation and improved manufacturing capabilities.
