On April 12, 2019, Fujikura Ltd. (President: Masahiko Ito) filed a lawsuit with Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court against Langfang Goldentime Technology Development Co., Ltd. and another company for infringement of our Chinese patent right regarding a seat sensor for a seat belt reminder for automotive use.

In promoting business activities, we place emphasis on the protection of intellectual property and respect our own and others’ intellectual property rights. In case of infringement of our intellectual property rights, we will take appropriate measures including legal action.

关于在中国提起的专利侵权诉讼

株式会社藤仓（取缔役社长 伊藤雅彦）于2019年4月12日，基于本公司所享有的与汽车座椅安全带提醒用着座检测开关相关的中国专利，以专利侵权为由，针对廊坊市金色时光科技发展有限公司以及其他一家公司，向广州知识产权法院提起了诉讼。

本公司在推进事业活动中，一直重视知识产权的保护，尊重本公司和他人的知识产权。当本公司享有的知识产权遭受侵害时，我们将对侵权人采取包括诉讼在内的适当措施。
