We help them sustain and develop their business by providing superior products and services through "TSUNAGU" technologies. Our SECOND RESPONSIBILITY is to the men and women of the Fujikura family.
They must constantly strive to develop products and solutions that provide value in the field of "TSUNAGU" technologies.

Management philosophy and employee training
In the 2015 FY, we implemented a four-tier training program targeting everyone from brand-new hires to employees who recently entered management-track positions, with 229 employees trained. In addition, 79 employees participated in workshop training.

Commendation system
In order to allow for conduct based on the Group MVCV Management Philosophy to occur naturally within the Group, we established October as our Emphasis on MVCV Month, with all employees participating in MVCV penetration activities. During our annual Emphasis on MVCV Month, we collect records of actions through activity sheets. From among these, some are selected as examples of excellence after examination by the MVCV Promotion Committee. These cases are then given recognition and introduced as demonstrations of excellence for that year. In FY 2015, 340 team submitted activity sheets and 11 teams were selected as examples of excellence. Their activities were commended at an awards ceremony and used in our Examples of Excellence presentation.
