Support to nature education for children
The Fujikura Group has long been committed to biodiversity conservation and has established the Fujikura-Kiba Millennium Woods as a biotope for living creatures within Fukagawa Gatharia. In the bio-garden, we are continuing to protect wildlife, while enjoying the natural environment with local residents. In fiscal 2012, we used the garden to support nature education for local elementary school students and provide local kindergarten children with an opportunity to dig potatoes.
