Maximizing utilization of the former Fukagawa factory site

The Fukagawa Factory has been here in Fukagawa since 1923. Fujikura has deep roots in this land and has a long history with the local people.
The area around the former Fukagawa factory was redeveloped with the concept of "establishing a new identity for the Fukagawa and Kiba area," and "Fukagawa Gatharia" was born in 2000. We are engaged in the real estate rental business at Fukagawa Gatharia, and also operate the Fuji Golf Center at the site of the former Fujikura baseball team practice field.
We will continue to contribute to the local community and remain a local landmark.

Fukagawa Gatharia

Fukagawa Gatharia is a large complex consisting of five office buildings, a restaurant building and a shopping center. The office buildings with their cutting-edge functions provide a comfortable business space, while the shopping and amenity zone is fully equipped with a variety of facilities, including a large supermarket, a movie theater, restaurants, a fitness club, various healthcare facilities and clinics, supporting the enriched lives of local residents.

BIOTOPE Fujikura-Kiba Millennium Woods

The ecosystem of the Kanto Plain and Arakawa River basin was used as a model for the conservation and restoration of biodiversity. Flowers and fruit-bearing plants have been planted around a pond where native fish live, so that birds and insects can come and rest.

Fukagawa Gatharia is easily accessible, located just a two-minute walk from Kiba Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Kiba is garnering attention as a business area where the headquarters of major companies are concentrated, making it a highly convenient business base.

Fuji Golf Center

Fujikura owned a baseball team from 1923 to 1963, and was renowned as a strong team in the Intercity Baseball Tournament at the time. The company had a practice field near the old Fukagawa Factory, but the baseball team was suspended in 1963. The Fuji Golf Center was opened in 1973 on the site of the practice field. With 70 bays and 150 yards of natural grass, the practice field is full of openness, allowing players to practice their approach shots more closely resembling actual practice. Located near the city center, the golf practice field is spacious and fully equipped, and is used by approximately 240,000 people annually.
