The "Fujikura Group Integrated Report 2026" has been published to help all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, gain a deeper understanding of the Fujikura Group's efforts to enhance corporate value over the medium to long term and its approach to value creation.
Fujikura has formulated its new 2028 Mid-Term Plan and positions the period beginning in fiscal year 2026, the first year of the plan, as its "Fourth Founding." In conjunction with this initiative, the Fujikura Group has revised its Group Corporate Philosophy (MVCV) to clarify the direction and values it seeks to pursue. In addition, the Group has comprehensively reviewed its Materiality from the perspective of addressing social issues and achieving sustainable growth through its business activities.
Reflecting these updates, the Integrated Report 2026 presents the roadmap for addressing key material issues and achieving sustainable medium- to long-term growth through the steady execution of the 2028 Mid-Term Plan, based on the revised Group Corporate Philosophy (MVCV) and updated Materiality.
The report also features two business areas expected to drive the Group's future growth: data center solutions that support the infrastructure underpinning generative AI, and high-temperature superconducting wire technologies essential to realizing fusion energy, which is attracting attention as a next-generation clean energy source.
