Fujikura Ltd. (Director, President and CEO: Naoki Okada) announces the revision of the Fujikura Group Corporate Philosophy MVCV and Fujikura Group Materiality.

The Fujikura Group positions fiscal year 2026, the first year of the 2028 Mid-Term Plan, as its "Fourth Founding." In conjunction with this milestone, the Group has renewed its Corporate Philosophy MVCV in order to clarify the direction and values it seeks to pursue.
In the new MVCV, while carrying forward the corporate DNA embodied in its pioneering spirit and Fujikura, a Technology Leader, the Group has established the Mission, "Contributing to customer value creation and society through "Tsunagu" Technology™," and the Vision, "Contributing to the realization of a digital society and carbon neutrality through global Monodukuri capabilities. The Core Values are defined as Innovation, Motivation and Communication..
In conjunction with the renewal of the Group Corporate Philosophy MVCV, the Fujikura Group has comprehensively reviewed its Materiality. Extending beyond the traditional CSR domain, the revised Materiality focuses on addressing social issues and achieving sustainable growth through business activities. Taking into account stakeholder expectations and changes in the social environment, the Group has newly identified the priority issues that should be addressed to enhance corporate value over the medium to long term.
The Fujikura Group will pursue sustainable growth by sharing and embedding the revised Group Corporate Philosophy MVCV and Materiality throughout the Group and by reflecting them in its business activities and management decision-making.
