Fujikura Ltd. (Director, President and CEO: Naoki Okada) is pleased to announce that it has revision its Fujikura Group Corporate Philosophy MVCV and its Materiality.

Fujikura Group positions the period from fiscal year 2026, when its 2028 Mid-Term Plan begins, as its "fourth founding." Accordingly, in order to clarify the direction and values that the group aims for, we have revised our Group Corporate Philosophy, MVCV.
In the new MVCV, we have established a mission to "contribute to customer value creation and society through 'connecting' Fujikura, a Technology Leader "Tsunagu" and a vision to "contribute to the realization of a digital society and carbon neutrality through global manufacturing capabilities," while inheriting the "Monodukuri spirit" and "Fujikura's technological prowess" that we consider to be part of our corporate DNA. We have also defined our core values, which Fujikura employee cherish, as "Innovation, Motivation, and Communication."
In conjunction with the renewal of our Group Corporate Philosophy (MVCV), we have also comprehensively reviewed Fujikura Group Materiality, extending beyond the traditional CSR domain to encompass the resolution of social issues and the realization of sustainable growth through our business activities. Based on stakeholder expectations and changes in the social environment, we have newly identified key issues that should be prioritized for improving corporate value in the medium to long term.
Fujikura Group will strive for sustainable growth by sharing and disseminating its revision Group Corporate Philosophy MVCV and materiality throughout the entire group, and by reflecting them in its business activities and management decisions.
