1. Strengthening the foundation for health management
To create a workplace where Fujikura employee can work safely and healthily and to support diverse working styles, we are focusing on strengthening the foundation for promoting health management, such as establishing various health-related regulation, taking measures against excessive work, creating an environment where Fujikura employee can seek advice when they are troubled, and supporting employees' return to work.

2. Promoting Fujikura employee health
To raise Fujikura employee health awareness and promote disease prevention and management, we are implementing initiatives aimed at improving health literacy, such as e-learning and seminars, publicizing consultation services, and posting information on our intranet.
In recent years, we have been focusing on participatory programs with key themes such as women's health, strengthening stress resistance, and measures to prevent locomotive syndrome (fall prevention).
We are also actively involved in activities aimed at promoting Fujikura employee health, such as the "Fujikura Stretching Exercises" and "Safety Exercises" that are held every day after lunch.
Furthermore, we are focusing on "collaborative health" by working with health insurance associations to provide cancer screenings, specific health guidance, influenza vaccinations, walking using health promotion apps, and lifestyle improvement events.

3. Measures to prevent passive smoking
From the perspective of maintaining and improving the health of Fujikura employee and of our social responsibility to protect the environment, Fujikura has established policy to prevent passive smoking and has made all of its premises non-smoking. We also provide smoking cessation guidance to smokers.

4. Improving the work environment using group analysis results of stress checks
The results of the group stress check analysis are explained individually by industrial health staff to the managers of unit and division. At that time, current problems are identified, and efforts are made to improve the working environment, such as by holding interviews with all employees as necessary.
We also have contact points both inside and outside the company to create an environment where employees can feel free to seek advice.
