Announcement of publication of "Fujikura Group Integrated Report 2023"

Fujikura Ltd. (Director, President and CEO: Okada Naoki) has published the "Fujikura Group Integrated Report 2023" and made it available on our official website.
The Fujikura Group Integrated Report 2023 has been compiled and published with the aim of providing shareholders, investors, and other stakeholder with a multifaceted understanding of our group's efforts toward sustainable growth.
Our group began publishing our integrated report in 2018, and this is our sixth.
The 2023 Integrated Report provides messages from the CEO, CTO, CFO and outside directors about our Group's 2025 Mid-Term Management Plan, announced in May of this year, covering our envisioned medium- to long-term growth strategy, the evidence that will enable us to achieve it, and our progress toward that goal.
The report also includes information on our Group's Sustainability Goals 2025, which take into account environmental and social materiality as well as financial materiality, as well as our ESG initiatives that support sustainable growth, such as our progress toward achieving carbon neutrality, and our human resource development and supply chain.
