October 4, 2023
Fujikura Ltd.
Fujikura Ltd. (Director, President and CEO Okada Naoki) will be exhibiting at CEATEC 2023, which will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture from October 17th to 20th, 2023, with the concept of "Tsunagu" 's Society - Contributing to Information and Communications and Carbon Neutrality."
Please come and see for yourself how our products will be used and how they "Tsunagu" in the "society of tomorrow" of the near future.
Main exhibit contents
product | Highlights |
---|---|
Wrapping Tube Cable (WTC) | We will introduce a small-diameter, high-density optical cable that can accommodate several thousand Optcal Fiber. This is one of the world's largest high-density Optcal Fiber cables, which uses the SWR® structure that can easily handle countless fibers, and is the ultimate optical cable that also pursues functionality such as small diameter and light weight. |
Multicore Fiber Cable | We will introduce an ultra-high density optical cable that combines the above-mentioned small-diameter high-density optical cable technology with a multi-core fiber that houses four cores in one Optcal Fiber. We will also introduce a 32-core fiber that challenges the maximum number of cores by expanding the fiber dimensions. |
For data center MDC/MMC Optical Wiring Solution |
We will exhibit patch cords and patch panels equipped with ultra-small form factor MDC duplex optical connectors used in data center and MMC multi-fiber optical connectors. We will also introduce optical connector cleaners. |
Millimeter wave wireless communication module | We introduce millimeter-wave wireless communication modules for 28 GHz and 60 GHz. Our wireless communication modules are highly power efficient and have integrated antennas and ICs, allowing our customers to introduce high-speed, large-capacity millimeter-wave wireless communication with minimal development effort. |
Electronic components that support information terminals and information storage | We will introduce electronic components used in data center, mobile devices, and in-vehicle devices. Please take a look at our cutting-edge "electronic components" that can meet various customer demands such as high density, high definition, and multi-functionality, including flexible printed circuit boards, membranes, and thermal solutions. |
In-vehicle high-speed communication Wire harness | In anticipation of the once-in-a-century automotive revolution known as CASE, including electrification, autonomous driving, and connected cars, we will introduce cables compatible with in-vehicle high-speed communication and simulation technologies. |
High-Temperature Superconducting Wire | Our high-temperature superconducting wires are expected to be applied to nuclear fusion power generation, which is expected to be the next generation power generation technology. At our booth, we will introduce the great potential of superconductivity for a decarbonized society through exhibits and demonstrations that will showcase the fascination and wonder of superconductivity. |
Liquid-cooled cable connector for EV charging | We would like to introduce a "liquid-cooled cable connector" that relieves users from the stress of charging. This new technology, which uses liquid cooling technology to circulate a refrigerant inside the cable, solves the heat generation problem when charging at high power and at the same time takes operability into consideration, and is the key to the spread of EVs. Experience the next generation of ultra-fast charging cables ahead of time. |
