Selected for inclusion in three global ESG investment indexes provided by FTSE Russell

Fujikura Ltd. (Director, President and CEO: Okada Naoki) has been selected for the FTSE4Good Index Series, designed by FTSE Russell, a global index provider *1.
Additionally, the company has continued to be selected as a constituent stock of the "FTSE Blossom Japan Index" and the "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index."

We have been selected for the FTSE4Good Index Series for the second year in a row, the FTSE Blossom Japan Index for the seventh consecutive year, and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index for the second consecutive year.

Based on our Group Corporate Philosophy MVCV, Fujikura Group has set "Sustainability Goals 2025" (FY2021 to FY2025) and is promoting activities toward these goals. These goals have been set from the perspective of double materiality, taking into account both environmental and social materiality and financial materiality.

■"FTSE Blossom Japan Index", "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index"
The "FTSE Blossom Japan Index" and "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index" are stock price indices developed by FTSE Russell that reflect the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate outstanding ESG initiatives. Both indices have been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), the world's largest institutional investor, for ESG investment.
The FTSE Blossom Japan Index will be widely used for creating and evaluating sustainable investment funds and other financial products.
