Distribution of profits
In May 2023, we announced our 2025 Medium-Term Management Plan, which will end in fiscal year 2025. Under the plan, we aim to achieve sustainable growth and improve our corporate value by implementing business and strategy investments for future growth, strengthening our financial position, and implementing management that emphasizes capital efficiency, while balancing shareholder returns. With regard to shareholder returns, we aim for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% (annual).
