Heat pipes/assemblies

A heat pipe is a heat transport element that uses latent heat released from evaporation and condensation and enables high heat to be transported with a small temperature difference. Heat pipes can also be supplied as a cooling module by attaching items such as a heated surface plate, a fin and a fan. Heat pipes are employed not only in the PC field, but also to cool the in-vehicle components.
Features:
Excellent heat conductivity
Quick thermal responsiveness
High temperature homogeneity
High degree of design flexibility
Passive system
Lightweight and compact
Environment friendly
