Suspension of ISO9001 certification

On August 31, 2018, we issued an "Apology and Notice Regarding Improper quality control (QC) of Some of Our Products." We would like to once again offer our deepest apologies to our customers and all other parties concerned for the great inconvenience and concern this matter has caused.

In relation to this matter, we would like to inform you that we have received divisional notice dated March 19th from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited (LRQA), an ISO registered certification body, regarding the suspension of our ISO9001 certification, as detailed below.

We will continue to take corrective measures to have our ISO9001 certification suspended as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding. We would like to inform you that we have received the following divisional notice from the Legislative Quality Assurance Agency (LRQA) regarding the suspension of our ISO9001 certification.
