Technologies that aim to create the future

Dye-sensitized solar cells

Dye-sensitized Solar Cells (DSC) are expected to be a new type of solar cell that is inexpensive and environmental friendly, because they are manufactured using a simple process based on printing technology without using harmful substances. These solar cells work by a unique power generation mechanism that closely resembles plant photosynthesis, which enables conversion into electric power with high efficiency even in diffuse light and light with low luminous intensity, making them suitable for walls with little sun exposure, indoors, and similar operating environments that are not usually used for solar power generation. We are developing DSC modules that have world top-class characteristics based on FPC, membrane switch, and other circuit fabrication technology we have cultivated up to now.
