Fujikura FSR-02 and NYFORS MiniCoater^TM/Recoater1^TM/AutoCoater^TM restore the primary coating on spliced optical fiber with acrylate coatings. All the models are low-profile design suitable for benti-top operation in production environment.
Molds for various sizes of coating diameters are available and can also be customized on request. All the models come standard with tensile strength tester which tensile strength can be changed, and recoating condition parameters can also be changed depending on coating diameter/length and type of acrylate.

FSR-02

Basic recoater & proof-tester with glass mold for high quality coating. Molds for various sizes of coating diameters are available for your unique recoating application, and recoating parameters can be changed depending on coating diameter/length and type of acrylate. The FSR-02 can be connected to PC for parameter change or strength tension test result uploaded to PC, and the test is conducted automatically tensile strength tester. Brochure

NYFORS MiniCoater^TM

The MiniCoater™ is a compact and easy-handling re-coater with un-expensive Silicone soft mold. The molds for various sizes of coating diameters are available and it lasts 30 to 80 recoatings and its replacement takes only seconds with no need for alignment. This model is equipped with manual tensile strength tester, so that the fiber is placed around the capstans and pulled by the operator. DataSheet

NYFORS Recoater1^TM

The Recoater 1™ is a compact and easy-handling re-coater with un-expensive Silicone soft mold. The molds for various sizes of coating diameters are available and it lasts 30 to 80 recoatings and its replacement takes only seconds with no need for alignment. This model is equipped with automatic tensile strength tester. The maximum force is 50N, and its pulling rate and time at the maximum force can be preset. The linear clamp is useful if only short fibers are available with maximum 10N tensile strength test. DataSheet

NYFORS AutoCoater^TM

The AutoCoaterTM is a fully automatic recoater allowing the operator independence in factory environment. Silicone soft molds for various sizes of coating diameters are available and it lasts more than 50 recoatings and its replacement takes only seconds with no need for alignment. This model is equipped with automatic tensile strength tester. The maximum force is 20N, and its pulling rate and time at the maximum force can be preset. DataSheet
