Fujikura's family of Aerial Weathertight Splice Closures is designed to simplify splice management. The high quality closure is engineered to reduce complexity associated with fiber splicing in the field, thus reducing installation time and training. No heat, adhesives, drills or powered equipment for installation or re-entry are required. These durable, easy to install closures will increase productivity, reduce labor expenses and last through the life time of your network.
Features

FSCO-AS aerial Weathertight Splice Closures are designed for aerial, midspan FTTH drop locations where slack DR cable is spliced to drop cables.

  • Closure adopts hinge/buckle mechanism which makes dismantling/assembling easy
  • Cable entry section can accommodate maximum 8 cables (main cable 1pc, branching cable 8pcs)
  • Can accommodate up to 8 drop cables.
  • Outer body can be completely removed for 360 degree splice access.
  • Re-useable grommet sealing open and close easily for adding or removing drop cables providing efficient cable installation with no mess.
