The Fujikura Group adopted a new brand logo on April 1, 2011, which has since been used by the major Group companies in Japan and overseas.
This new Group brand logo is comprised of the F-shaped symbol used for the past quarter-century and the alphabetical letters "Fujikura," which denotes the Group.
The history of our brand logo dates back about 100 years to 1910. That year marked the 25th anniversary of the founding of the company and coincided with its reorganization from a partnership corporation to a joint-stock corporation. Subsequently, at the 100th anniversary in 1985, we established a new corporate mark. A quarter-century later in 2011, we adopted the new Group brand logo.
The world is in the midst of an unprecedented level of turmoil, which has arisen out of the progress of globalization. The new brand logo represents our determination and aspiration to build a closer relationship of trust and a long-lasting partnership with our customers around the world in this time of drastic change. We hope that the new logo will help more customers recognize the Group's name and become familiar with our products and valuable solutions.
